Sebby's Corner Festive Support 2024
Unlike the rest of our services, our Festive Grotto isn't about essentials, it's about spreading joy. Our aim is to ensure the children we support feel like every other child at this special time of year.
Our Festive Grotto will be running from Monday 25th November to Thursday 12th December 2024. ​
I am a family, how do I apply for festive support?
This year, we are referral only for the Festive Grotto. This is due to exceptionally high demand.
You will need to get a referral from a professional. You can get a referral from any of the following organisations; your school, your health visitor/nurse/midwife, your social worker/support worker, your local food bank. your place of worship, your local Children's Centre or Citizens Advice.

The organisation must be registered with us to access this support.
Once your referral has been made, you will need a book an appointment to visit the Festive Grotto.
I am a Referral Partner, how do I refer families?
Families that need support during the festive season will need to be referred to our grotto.
Any professional can become a referral partner, such as teachers, social workers, nurses, health visitors, food banks and also places of worship. To make a referral you will need to have a Referral Partner ID and Organisation ID. This will have been emailed to you when you registered.

I'd like to donate a toy or gift
We will be supporting over 2,000 children this year, from newborn right up to teenagers. The demand on our festive service is huge and we want to ensure no child goes without.

We are delighted to launch our new 2024 festive online shop, which offers you a way to donate a new toy to a family in need.
​
Your donation will make a real difference. All funds donated through our festive online shop will go towards buying toys of the same value
I'd like to organise a toy collection
We are looking for organisations and individuals to support us by hosting a collection of brand-new toys and gifts. Whether you are a supermarket, a company or an individual who just wants to make a difference, we would be so grateful for your support.

I'd like to volunteer with my company
We love welcoming corporate teams into our hub. Corporate volunteering is valued time with your colleagues and a worthy sense of achievement. It will give you an understanding on how much impact you can have on a child's life, especially during the festive season.

We promise to provide you with a fun and inspiring day and to give you a better understanding of Sebby's Corner and our role in the community.

How does festive corporate volunteering differ? Including all the above - your team will also be part of bringing the festive joy to the hub. From decorating the tree to stickering new presents in line with the points system, we have a task for every elf that join us!
